When every minute counts, help should fly.
Drone-delivered emergency response · Currently in development
Across Australia's vast, rugged and unforgiving terrain, help can be a long way away. AeroPulse is developing a drone network designed to bring life-saving equipment to the scene and help search and rescue teams find people sooner, working alongside Triple Zero (000) and emergency services.
The first minutes matter
Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere. Without fast help, the chance of survival falls with every passing minute.
- 32,000+
Australians suffer a cardiac arrest outside hospital each year.
- 1 in 10
people survive a cardiac arrest outside hospital.
- 10–12%
drop in the chance of survival for every minute without defibrillation.
- 60–70%
survival is possible when CPR and an AED are used within the first 3–5 minutes.
Yet fewer than 2 in every 100 cardiac arrests in Australia and New Zealand have an AED applied by a bystander before paramedics arrive. AeroPulse is working to help close that gap, and our goal is simple: to help save more Australian lives.

Why AeroPulse
In a cardiac arrest, a severe allergic reaction or a serious bleed, the first few minutes can make all the difference. Yet across much of Australia, distance, bushland, coastline and rough country stand between people and help. AeroPulse is being built for exactly those moments.
Our drones are being designed to carry automated external defibrillators (AEDs), EpiPens and trauma kits to people in need, to give search and rescue teams eyes in the sky, and to connect communities through a safety app. AeroPulse is designed to support Triple Zero (000) and emergency services, never to replace them.
Too many Australians lose their lives in emergencies because help and resources could not reach them in time. Royal Australian Navy veteran Bradley Watson founded AeroPulse to change that. Join us in building a future where help arrives in time, wherever you are.
What we are developing
-
Life-saving equipment, delivered
Being designed to fly AEDs, EpiPens and trauma kits straight to the scene, so bystanders can act while paramedics are on the way.
-
Search and rescue from above
Drones being developed to help search teams cover difficult ground and locate missing or injured people sooner.
-
Community safety app
An app to help people prepare for emergencies, get help quickly and know what to do in the moments that matter.
In an emergency, call Triple Zero (000).
AeroPulse is not an emergency service and does not replace Triple Zero (000).
